Panelist 1:Han Feenstra

Organisation: Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
Han Feenstra is Hydrogen International Programme Manager and senior policy advisor at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Throughout his career Han has been involved in international energy policy since 2009 and is working on hydrogen policies since 2017. Currently his key is of focus is the hydrogen import strategy of the Netherlands.
Panelist 2:Marcel Kooter

Marcel is a highly experienced commercial strategist and leader of business, specialising in the energy industry. He has a passion for sustainability and is constantly working to deliver solutions that address the need for more energy while making better use of the limited resources of the world. He is now working as a senior consultant, primarily in the Middle East using his value chain expertise to enable and accelerate the Energy Transition and contribute to a low or zero carbon society. Marcel is the co-founder of Hydrogen Hub.
Panelist 3:Carl Heiremans
Job: Senior Business Development manager

Carl Heiremans is a Master of Engineering and joined Jan De Nul 28 years ago. He held several positions at Jan De Nul including area manager of the Americas. Since 2013 he is senior business development manager and will introduce the topic "Offshore Wind Farms and Interconnector Cables".
