During the AGM, we will present the financial review for 2024, the budget for 2025, the strategy for the upcoming year, and introduce the Board for 2025/2026.

Quorum requirements for the AGM

In case a quorum (50% of the voting members and (1) one Member) is not met, the meeting shall be adjourned for (30) thirty minutes, after which if there is no quorum, then those present shall constitute a quorum.
